Management Trainee
First Bank is accepting applications for a Manager Trainee for its Carmi, Illinois market. The Management Trainee floats from department to department, learning various functions of each department to fill a management-level position. The Management Trainee also receives training in specific bank functions such as various lending programs, risk management, and operations.
Qualified candidates will have:
A Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field.
Sales experience.
Capacity to work under stress and handle difficult situations.
Proven ability to establish effective and congenial working relationships.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
